Autopilot is Futura’s intelligent, self-learning system designed to manage the converting line autonomously. It keeps the process stable, optimizes speed and quality, reduces manual intervention and supports the operator in a new role: the line supervisor. The result is a more efficient, reliable and flexible line, ready for the demands of today’s tissue market.
With the new 2026/27 edition, Autopilot extends its field of action beyond the rewinding phase to include key process areas such as embossing and perforation, bringing intelligent control to an even wider part of the converting line.
